Captain's Avengers versus kampfgruppen smiledge in a fierce infantry engagement
US paratroopers engaged in a cold winter battle against German forces. The airborne armored twin bazooka jeep disabled the Tiger tank, leaving it in the dust and out of effect for the rest of the game. The fighting was fierce but in the end the paratroopers were able to envelop and hold.

Skinner's Commandos versus The Wall in a coastal engagement
The “Turkey Shoot” scenario of Cruel Seas could have been named “Wolves Among the Sheep!” At dawn, 3 Veteran PT-boats swooped in upon a Japanese force attempting to to evacuate troops (following up a Coast Watcher’s report). Only 2 landing craft escaped and the ineffectual IJN minesweeper was avoided.

German grenadier’s versus Canadian assault force in a fierce infantry engagement
The British para’s had captured 2 bridge’s around the beach’s and prepared for a German counter attack, that counter attack came very quickly, they attacked the weak line in their defence and push forward over the stone bridge, by the end of the game the Germans diluted the bridge but the para’s managed to hold on for the victory.
