The Hounds versus 352nd Pionier Battalion in a fierce infantry engagement

An Airlanding platoon skirmished with a Sturmpioneer platoon in the hedgerows. Forward preparation by the British turned the brief battle into a terrible rout, inflicting casualties from pinpoint artillery strikes and vicious close quarters combat. Surprised and overwhelmed, the Germans retreated in a panic. A single British spotter was the lone casualty for the Allies.
