Having just recently gotten into this game, I was excited to see the tactical ins, outs, and surprises that I didn't think would be there at first glance. We played a small battle and in the end my messerschmitts were victorious against his spitfires.

After flying directly towards each other rising elevation to get advantage, my extra plane (I had one more than him) was able to make the difference. I was able to outmaneuver two of his planes on the second town while dodging shots from one of his. This allowed me to shoot at one of his with my extra plane and giving him boom chits.

Turn 3 I handed out more boom chits as we did some acrobatics to turn ourselves around. By the end of turn four I had given him too many boom chits and his planes flew away outnumbered and outgunned.

I like the system a lot and have considering buying a Japanese squadron. John Perkins is a great salesman and local Sarge who helped me during my turns.
